Upon purchase, or stated release date, you are granted access to the digital course materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the course content without written permission.

All content remains the intellectual property of Elizaabeth Downing Occupational Therapy, LLC.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All digital products, materials, and support sessions are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not therapy, not a substitute for occupational therapy services, not medical or mental health treatment, and do not establish a therapist-client relationship.

No diagnosis, treatment, or individualized therapeutic services are being provided.

3. Personalized Support Sessions

If you purchase a Personalized Support Session:
The session is intended to provide general guidance, education, and implementation support related to the course content.

Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Unscheduled or missed sessions after this window may be forfeited.

Sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable once completed.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any support session.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.

5. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. Results vary depending on individual circumstances, consistency, and external factors beyond our control.
